Registered Miniature Donkeys
All our donkeys are imprinted at birth and given lots of TLC. Foals are not weaned from their mothers until over 4 months of age, therefore babies need to be at least that old before leaving our place. All donkeys must go to good homes having at least some other companion animal or another donkey since a single donkey is a very lonely donkey.
All donkeys are sold with: Registration papers (or application for registration papers) unless otherwise noted… Health records, including their dewormings and vaccinations… a new halter and lead rope… and a list of basic miniature donkey info for first time owners.
Discounts given if buying more than one donkey at a time. At times we have donkeys for sale that are not listed, so please ask if you are looking for something in particular, and don't see it on this page.

If you are looking for a nice small herd sire, with good conformation, Kit Kat might be your guy. We were planning to keep him as a herd sire ourselves, but have decided to cut back on jacks, so are offering him for sale. His sire, Short ASSet's War Emblem, was sold to a lady in France, so we won't be having any more offspring with his blood lines which include Short ASSet's Stars War (his grandsire) who is a 2 time national champion. He has a stocky build and has very small genetics on both sides of his pedigree, including 26 ½" GP Oscar and 28 ¾" 45 Magnum. Kit Kat's baby pictures can be seen on our herd sire page, as well as pictures of his sire, War Emblem. What an adorable little guy… look at the dark colored spots on him… He's more than just two colors… his main body color is brown and white spot, his legs have some grayish, the mane on his neck has some really dark areas, and his ears are tipped in black. Along with his color, he also has good conformation and a wonderful personality! Herd sire, show, cart donkey, companion, or pet…. Or all the above. Lots of spots and browns in his pedigree.
